SERIOUSLY FOR SALE. This LOCHIN 40 follows the traditional approach to perfecting a proper seagoing craft. The LOCHIN name is legendary recognised in many offshore commercial derivatives including police and pilot boats used worldwide. This vessel has the distinctive'reverse sheer' wheelhouse design making for a very practical approach to operating a vessel at sea. None of the strength and structural characteristics has been compromised and she is every bit a Lochin. You will not be disappointed if you want a vessel ready and able to undertake serious cruising without significant running costs, look no further! Last survey - May 2013. Many practical improvements in the last year including a stern door. VAT element can be discussed!

Broker's Comments

"The hull, ring deck and wheelhouse mouldings were manufactured by Lochin International Ltd to a structurally finished standard under naval architect supervision. All subsequent work was undertaken by a well known local Channel Islands yard - and the owner - to an exceptionally high standard. The outcome is a fine example of the LOCHIN 40 with potential for private cruising or to undertake commercial roles as her new owner will dictate. Note: VAT has not been paid."

Owner's Comments

"I undertook to build an unbeatable all-weather craft to meet commercial standards in order that she could be MCA Coded for charter work, etc. if required to do so."
