Artekno Oy, Finland  - International H-BOAT 27 Sloop
Overview:
Artekno's H-Boat is clearly a well proportioned and fast yacht, which goes extremely well to wind-ward and accelerates rapidly thanks to her small wetted surface. She retains stability even in blustery conditions, because some 60% of her total weight is below the waterline. The keel accounts for about 50% of the boat's displacement.
This craft is kept locally to the Broker and appears to be in good order (subject to survey). Known and local to the Broker.

From fwd: FOREPEAK area with V-form providing two single berths each with cushions. A centre in-fill panel and cushion to fit make a large double berth. Access to the anchor locker forward and escape hatch in deck-head to Fore-deck. A chemical toilet is situated under the infill section of the double berth.
MAIN CABIN has single berth/bench seat to each side, both with stowage under. These are aft of the central timber units between fore and centre spaces and provide stowage in drawer form to Port and a structure where a small Galley can be created. At the moment, this remains a locker for stowage of loose gear and work-top to Starboard. The aft end of the berths are under the Cockpit seating. Between the berths is the short companionway to the Cockpit, with a good stowage space beyond. Up to the COCKPIT with integral bench seating to both sides and winches on the coamings. The tiller comes well forward enabling the Helmsman to easily handle the sheet winches.
