Overview:

'Fochintulla' - is a Coaster 49 (15m) Dutch style vessel designed by Nick Branson of Peterborough UK and constructed by UK builders RLL Boats in 2007 essentially as a liveaboard and coastal traveller. She has all the charm of typical Dutch influenced internal elegance and a stylish appearance externally. The dominant aft positioned bridge is a particular feature but equally her interior accommodation has a layout for comfortable living aboard. The current ownership has invested in upgrading the domestic galley and electrical systems and there is little doubt she would make living afloat a fun and enjoyable experience. Check out the comprehensive and practical specification below for cruising not just coastal waters but farther afield.

Accommodation Details:

Fochintulla' is a Dutch inspired live-aboard, fitted out internally to a very high standard accommodating 4 adults in a comfortable and spacious environment. The FORWARD CABIN has twin berths with hanging lockers to port and shelves to starboard with additional storage under each of the berths. HEADS compartment to starboard with full height standing shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The MAIN SALOON area maximises the full width - "L" shaped GALLEY to port, dining area to starboard and large settee at the forward part. The galley has been recently undated and has a contemporary design with units finished in off-white. Installations include a gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler. The decorations compliment the interior style of the vessel in the traditional sense but with a modernist appeal. WHEELHOUSE area finished to the same high standards visually with a definite 'big ship' feel. Maximised vision from large window areas affording ease of management when underway. Central helm position with all engine and auxiliary controls in close proximity and twin seats plus a chart table. MASTER CABIN situated aft with a large double berth, build-in cupboards and storage and ample light from the port lights. En-suite HEADS with full height shower.
