Overview:

SERIOUSLY FOR SALE - OFFERS CONSIDERED The LM 27 is a popular motor sailor manufactured in Denmark to very high standards typical of Scandinavian boatbuilders. Her spacious interior has been carefully designed and her spritely performance under sail will attract the sailing enthusiast. The open backed wheelhouse allows crew to move effortlessly between the working areas of the vessel and clever little nuances such as the standing hatch above the helm position make her a thoroughly practical vessel when short handed. She also has a clever mast lowering system and tabernacle again a useful feature when estuary sailing. The current ownership has added davits and an inflatable dinghy and some newer electronics which bring her more up-to-date. SSR Registration: expires 2024 Last professional survey - July 2023 (report available)

Broker's Comments

" This vessel has been regularly used and maintained by her current owner and although improvements can be made, she represents an excellent buy with a comprehensive inventory. The mast lowering arrangement will appeal to coastal and inland water users and is a rare addition. The recent survey shows her to be in good structural order."
