Overview:

The TWISTER has earnt all the superlatives over the years - beautiful lines, proven capabilities and a classic in every sense of the word. Yachting Monthly Magazine described the Twister has having 'already won it's spurs' in their review article some years ago and commented that even for racing, she can be managed by a small crew and show her heals to many in her class. The designer, Kim Holman, the other half of the famous duo of Holman and Pye, was obviously influenced by the highly successful Nordic Folkboat and their have been many incarnations since, however the Twister had something very special. 'Lissanna' is such a vessel and, although sadly the current owner is unable to use her for personal reasons, she has undergone a no expense spared professional refit finalised mid 2025. Work included an engine out mechanical refurbishment, exhaust & electrical upgrades, full hull repaint (2 pack Oxford Blue) and other improvements details of which are available. Recent survey available.
